Job Summary

Mortgage Sales Trainer, a contract position based in Phoenix, AZ, is responsible for delivering training programs to enhance the performance of loan advisors through coaching and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for loan advisors
• Evaluate performance through monitoring and provide actionable feedback to improve sales and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with sales leadership to track trainee progress and address performance concerns

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, training, or a related field
• A degree in business, finance, education, or a related discipline is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals at varying experience levels
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform training strategies
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry practices and regulatory considerations
