Mortgage Scenario Review Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scenario Review Analyst to provide guidance and support to employees regarding loan scenarios and underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily loan support through various communication channels for underwriting and loan scenario questions
• Review and analyze complex income documentation and underwriting scenarios, suggesting alternate options as needed
• Create technical documentation and assist in training staff on loan eligibility and lending guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, preferably with multiple agency and investor guidelines
• Government underwriting experience with designations (FHA and VA) is preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
• Maintain essential underwriting knowledge and all relevant designations
