Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time Mortgage Servicing Agent will respond to inquiries, resolve customer issues, and maintain accounts while working remotely from selected states.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions on first contact
• Manage account maintenance, including resolving billing disputes and correcting payment errors
• Research and resolve customer problems that could not be addressed during initial contact

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of relevant experience
• Strong phone communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with digital applications related to banking and payments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
