Key Responsibilities

Oversee Bulk and Flow Mortgage Servicing Loan transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Coordinate pre and post transfer activities with various stakeholders and maintain key transfer documents
Prepare and distribute executive summaries on transfer attributes to internal partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
2 to 4 years of experience in Mortgage Servicing
2 years of experience specifically in Mortgage Transfers
