Mortgage Servicing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing bulk and flow mortgage servicing loan transfers, the full-time Mortgage Servicing Analyst will oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations while coordinating with sub-servicers and internal partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre and post transfer activities among sellers, document custodians, and sub-servicers
• Update and maintain key transfer documents, ensuring all timelines are met and tasks are tracked
• Prepare and distribute executive summaries on key attributes related to transfers to internal partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 2 to 4 years of mortgage servicing experience
• 2 years of experience in mortgage transfers
