Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service SME responsible for supporting mortgage servicing activities during system conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and units in resolving loan servicing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct research to resolve loan-related inquiries and issues, including payment applications and loan boarding
  • Prepare exception reports and maintain compliance with consumer regulations and bank policies

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience in Customer Service with MSP
  • Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion is strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service regulations and investor rules for various portfolios
  • Proven ability to support Customer Service operations during system conversion
  • Familiarity with consumer regulations such as RESPA and the Civil Service Members Relief Act
