Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Manager to oversee and enhance mortgage loan servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee interim and sub-servicing operations to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with external servicing partners, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met
• Monitor servicing workflows and KPIs to identify risks and drive root cause analysis for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience, including work with sub-servicers or investor guidelines
• Strong operational mindset with experience in documenting processes and improving workflows
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends for effective decision-making
• Experience in enforcing standards and escalating issues as necessary
• Proficiency with systems and reporting tools in a remote environment
