Mortgage Servicing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Servicing Enablement to oversee the operational performance of third-party sub-servicers in mortgage and HELOC servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational execution and compliance of third-party sub-servicers
• Manage product updates and ensure alignment between Product, Technology, Compliance, and sub-servicers
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct operational reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in mortgage and/or HELOC servicing operations
• Direct experience with mortgage/HELOC servicers in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing lifecycle and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing servicing-related product changes or operational enhancements preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
