Job Summary

Managing high-profile inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects, the full-time Mortgage Servicing Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients and servicers, maintain project plans, and facilitate meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage servicing transfer projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate data mapping sessions and testing efforts with the Loan Transfer Data Analyst
• Provide consistent status updates and facilitate meetings, documenting outcomes and action items

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
