Mortgage Servicing VP

Job Summary

Overseeing the servicing team and managing the relationship with the subservicer, the full-time remote Mortgage Servicing VP will ensure compliance, lead internal servicing activities, and maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance borrower experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the subservicer, defining service levels and performance metrics
• Build and run oversight programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits
• Oversee investor reporting accuracy and maintain strong relationships with agencies like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage servicing with at least 5 years in subservicer oversight or servicing operations leadership
• Direct experience managing a significant servicing portfolio or vendor relationship
• Knowledge of federal servicing regulations including RESPA, TILA, and others
• Familiarity with agency servicing guides from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
