Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Support Analyst 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to Mortgage personnel for operational issues and inquiries
• Analyze, develop, recommend, and communicate policies and procedures affecting the Mortgage business line
• Interface with internal departments and vendors to ensure operational soundness and system compatibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically two or more years of mortgage or related experience
• Basic knowledge of operational policies, procedures, products, and services
• Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
