Mortgage Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To enhance loan operational efficiency, the full-time remote Mortgage Systems Administrator will manage and optimize mortgage technology platforms, including Encompass, Candid, and Blend, while providing training and support for users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Encompass loan origination system, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and user access
• Partner with various teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions
• Lead onboarding and training for new employees, developing materials and providing ongoing support for system adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience administering mortgage technology platforms in the mortgage banking industry
• Direct experience with CRM platforms and mortgage POS systems preferred
• Experience in onboarding or training employees on software systems
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage workflows, including lead management through loan closing
