Mortgage Systems Administrator

Job Summary

As the primary administrator for the Encompass Loan Origination System, the full-time Mortgage Systems Administrator will manage system configuration and customization, optimize loan workflows, and ensure effective change management processes in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Encompass LOS platform and maintain knowledge of end-user roles
• Analyze business needs to design, configure, and implement system enhancements and customizations
• Manage change control processes, including documentation, standards, and release protocols

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Encompass by ICE Mortgage Technology, including 2 years in an administrative role
• Deep understanding of mortgage loan origination processes and compliance
• Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and release management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
