Job Summary
Leading strategic transformations in mortgage technology, the fully remote Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Leader will manage the alignment and implementation of change recommendations, triage assessments between IT and business leaders, and serve as a subject matter expert on best practices for operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Align and implement change recommendations of Web Hooks/API calls between POS, LOS, and PPE platforms
- Conduct triage assessments between functional IT departments, programmers, developers, and business leaders
- Communicate data, process, and operational dependencies clearly with IT resources and downstream reporting users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Advanced technology certifications (e.g., POS, LOS, and PPE platforms)
- 10+ years of experience in a US bank with extensive residential mortgage, product, pricing, and servicing functions
