Key Responsibilities

• Research applicants' financial backgrounds and analyze financial information to create risk assessment reports
• Advise on application approvals based on risk assessments and proofread files for accuracy before submission

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in underwriting conventional residential mortgage loans
• Knowledge of applicable lending or insuring regulations relevant to the industry
• Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, business, or a related field
• Strong data analysis capabilities
