Key Responsibilities

Evaluate mortgage loan applications for compliance with policies and regulations
Analyze financial status, credit reports, and property evaluations to assess loan feasibility
Collaborate with loan officers and processors to expedite the underwriting process

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting
Proficiency in Encompass software is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Non-QM and Jumbo loan underwriting requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
