Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate residential loan applications in accordance with industry standards
Gather, analyze, and interpret credit information to maximize credit and minimize risk
Approve or deny loans and make credit structure and loan eligibility decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
Advanced understanding of factors affecting real estate values and credit analysis
Proficient computer navigation skills
Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, Bond, and HUD loans
