Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter - Mortgage Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Decide on a full range of mortgage loans, including FHA loans
• Review mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Approve or deny mortgages in a timely manner and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required
• Solid knowledge of mortgage underwriting and automated underwriting systems
• Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
• Familiarity with state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations is helpful
