Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of loan files for compliance with guidelines
• Underwrite credit packages and collateral for residential mortgage loans
• Assist in training new underwriters and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Experience with private investor and private mortgage insurance guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Technologically proficient
• Strong organizational skills
