Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loan files and review documentation to determine borrower eligibility
• Complete underwriting functions in accordance with program requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and maintain acceptable turnaround times and service-level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, particularly with Non-QM loans
• Solid manual underwriting expertise
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of all required training within designated timelines
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time-sensitive priorities
