Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite conventional loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics
• Manage individual pipeline by completing various underwriting tasks within established turn times
• Contact clients to provide updates on outstanding conditions and document deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or Residential Mortgage Loan underwriting
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory compliance
• Advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA Guidelines
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
