Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Government and Conventional loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics
• Manage individual pipeline, completing underwriting reviews and addressing document deficiencies
• Assist department colleagues with interpreting underwriting guidelines and updating loan status

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or related field
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry and related products
• Advanced understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
