Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriting Quality Control Analyst - Credit Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loans for accuracy, adherence to procedures, and compliance with standards
• Conduct pre-funding and post-funding Quality Control reviews
• Identify red flags, conduct due diligence, and maintain internal control standards

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree with 4 years' mortgage processing/underwriting experience, or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of agency guidelines
• Ability to work well with all levels of management
• FHA DE and VA LAPP certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Allregs, Microsoft Excel, and Word
