Mortgage Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist (Mortgage).

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications and contracts for new vendor relationships and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
• Monitor vendor agreement terms, facilitate renewals, and conduct annual recertification processes
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting for vendor management activities

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years' experience in vendor management required
• 2 - 5 years' experience in the mortgage industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of integrity
