MOSA Architect - Secret Clearance

Job Summary

Advising on strategy and implementation for a critical Army portfolio, the full-time MOSA Architect - Secret Clearance will leverage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to enhance system interoperability and component interchangeability, while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the Army MOSA lead on strategy and policy implementation across the acquisition enterprise
• Diagnose barriers to MOSA adoption and develop practical approaches to overcome them
• Translate senior-level policy intent into actionable guidance for the acquisition community

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• 10+ years in Systems Engineering or Data Architecture with a focus on Architecture Patterns
• Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 15288 and DoD 5000 series acquisition policies
• Experience with MBSE tools such as No Magic Cameo or IBM Rational Rhapsody
• Active Secret clearance
