Job Summary

To support advanced robotics projects, the full-time Motion Capture Data Collection Specialist will manage motion capture sessions, ensuring the collection of high-quality human movement data for AI models while collaborating with engineers and researchers in a remote or onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage professional motion capture systems, ensuring optimal setup and recording quality
• Capture diverse human motion datasets for humanoid robotics and assist in multimodal data collection
• Maintain motion capture equipment and optimize studio workflows for efficiency and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Animation, Game Development, Biomechanics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience operating professional motion capture systems
• Experience in robotics, AI, gaming, VFX, animation, or simulation projects
• Strong understanding of motion capture workflows and data processing
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
