Motion Design Lead

Job Summary

Bridging traditional 2D motion and advanced 3D environments, the full-time remote Motion Design Lead will manage the creation of high-fidelity content across various digital platforms while integrating AI tools to enhance visual storytelling and streamline production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to concept, storyboard, design, and animate motion graphics and 3D assets
• Integrate AI workflows to rapidly iterate on visual concepts and streamline production
• Maintain high standards of design excellence and quality control across all animation and VFX production pipelines

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in motion design with a focus on advanced 3D workflows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating unique conceptual ideas and high-fidelity 3D visual effects
• Technical mastery in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Figma
• Experience integrating AI platforms into production pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
