Motion Design Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Motion Design Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and create motion design systems including lower-thirds, captions, titles, and more
• Collaborate with customer design teams to integrate motion that aligns with their brand assets
• Review production designs and ensure motion quality across various parameters

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a motion designer working in After Effects
• 3+ years of experience in brand design for a large brand, agency, or similar
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to work with a team in a zero-ego work environment
• Bonus: Experience with basic JavaScript/CSS and programming concepts
