Job Summary

A company is looking for a Motion Designer who will have creative influence and ownership over motion assets from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own motion assets end to end, including ideation, design, animation, editing, and finishing
• Create performance-driven motion content optimized for social platforms
• Test and optimize motion assets based on campaign performance data

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating independent, end-to-end ownership of motion assets
• Proven experience in concepting and executing motion design from start to finish
• Ability to create emotionally engaging social content for paid and organic environments
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and visual hierarchy across short-form platforms
• Experience in performance marketing or growth-focused creative environments
