• Collaborate with designers and developers to create animations that enhance usability
• Design and prototype micro-interactions and create motion guidelines for teams

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in motion design and interactive UI elements
• Proficiency with tools like After Effects, Lottie, Figma, and Principle
• Familiarity with CSS transitions, JavaScript, and React animation libraries
• Five or more years of experience in motion design or interactive design
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Motion Design or Animation
