Motion Designer

Job Summary

Creating high-quality motion work, the full-time Motion Designer will design and animate brand campaigns, product storytelling, and web interactions while collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate motion work across brand campaigns, product storytelling, web interactions, and event content
• Deliver web-ready animation in formats like Lottie and Rive, collaborating with web and design teams on implementation
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to scope work, incorporate feedback, and hit deadlines across concurrent projects

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of motion design experience with a strong reel showing range across brand, product, and web animation
• Expert in After Effects, with experience delivering web animation via Lottie, Rive, or similar formats
• Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, and timing
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with review and file management workflows (Frame.io or similar)
