Motion Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Motion Designer with a passion for motion design and the ability to transform complex concepts into visually stunning digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit motion graphics for social ads/content, explainer videos, product demos, and website visuals
• Create storyboards to showcase creative concepts and collaborate with copywriters for A/V scripts
• Utilize AI tools, direct voice actors, and provide mentorship for team members

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the creative industry with a focus on motion graphics or video production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other visual design tools for the web
• Expertise in storytelling techniques and translating complex concepts into easily comprehensible ideas
• Knowledge of platform advertising specs and best practices
• Understanding of user accessibility, ADA principles, and designing for cross-device compatibility
