Motion Designer and Video Editor

Job Summary

To support the next generation of performance-driven creative, the full-time remote Motion Designer and Video Editor will concept, design, and produce motion and video assets for digital campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on creative based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engaging motion and video assets optimized for various digital platforms
• Build modular creative approaches for rapid iteration and adapt content across multiple formats
• Analyze performance data to continuously refine and enhance creative output

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video editing for digital campaigns
• Proven understanding of performance-driven creative principles and storytelling
• Experience creating multiple variations of creative for testing and optimization
• Solid foundation in design fundamentals, including typography and color theory
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
