• Curate motion systems focusing on clarity, design, composition, and timing
• Edit various video content including customer stories, social content, and webinars
• Design and animate motion assets for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in motion design and video editing
• Proven track record with a strong public-facing portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Rive, and Figma
• Strong design eye with the ability to create on-brand assets
• Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts
