Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate for their Member Contact Center (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel
• Provide exceptional service by responding to member inquiries regarding various products and services
• Meet or exceed established production goals in a high-volume contact center environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment
• Must obtain a Motor Club License within 60 days of hire, with costs reimbursed
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
• Stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection required; Wi-Fi not permitted
