Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate (FT & PT).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel
• Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel, and financial products
• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment while meeting established production goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call setting
• A Motor Club License is required, with background screening and licensing to be completed within 60 days of hire
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
• Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is mandatory for the role
