Job Summary

Motor Club Licensed Sales Associate, responsible for providing exceptional service and selling various membership and travel products in a full-time or part-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel
• Respond to member inquiries regarding membership benefits, travel reservations, and financial services in a high-volume contact center environment
• Meet or exceed established production goals while providing courteous and professional assistance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment
• A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing memberships, with background screening and licensing to be completed within 60 days of hire
• Ability to provide a distraction-free work environment and maintain a stable, secure internet connection
• Willingness to work overtime and on holidays as required by business needs
