Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate (FT & PT).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship selling to assist members in maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travel
• Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel, and financial products
• Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, travel reservations, and other services in a high-volume contact center environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment
• A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing memberships
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while working remotely
• Must have a stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted
