Motor Club Sales Associate

Job Summary

Passionate about customer service, the full-time and part-time Member Contact Center Sales Associate will work remotely to deliver exceptional service, assist members with AAA membership benefits, and recommend products and services while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with members through personalized, consultative service
• Recommend and sell AAA memberships, travel products, financial services, and other solutions
• Assist members with inquiries regarding membership benefits, travel reservations, and roadside assistance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment
• A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing AAA memberships
• Must maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection
• Ability to work overtime and on holidays as required by business needs
