Motorcraft Catalog Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Motorcraft Catalog Analyst will catalog, edit, and audit Motorcraft parts while ensuring compliance with Automotive Aftermarket Industry standards and supporting customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Catalogs new Motorcraft parts and corrects discrepancies in electronic and global catalogs
• Maintains and updates catalog vehicle application information and reviews/audits catalog data for accuracy
• Answers and tracks catalog inquiries, providing assistance to parts suppliers and internal teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED certificate
• General knowledge of automotive systems and cataloging standards (ACES, PIES)
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products including Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
