Job Summary

A company is looking for a Move Management Lead to supervise MAC coordinators and manage various move-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development support to MAC Coordinators, ensuring KPIs are met
• Manage weekly small and large group moves while coordinating with various teams and vendors
• Evaluate and improve move processes and client relationships through analysis and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Experience in move management or related field
• Proven leadership abilities in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and budgets
• Ability to develop relationships with business and vendor partners
• Familiarity with occupancy planning and project development services
