Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teams Lead - Move Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of move supervisors to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Global Mobility Industry
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficient in managing daily operations and streamlining processes
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products
• Good math skills
