Move Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering comprehensive relocation project management services, the full-time remote Move Project Manager will oversee large-scale office restacks and relocations, ensuring alignment with client standards and managing end-to-end move planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale multi-phased restacks and relocations, coordinating with construction milestones and occupancy needs
• Develop and communicate detailed move schedules and sequencing plans to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the single point of contact for move-related updates, facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phased move projects involving 100+ employees
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
• Background in project management, construction management, architecture, or project strategy planning is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project, with strong command of the full Microsoft Office suite
