Job Summary

Moveworks Architect/Developer is a remote contract position responsible for enhancing Moveworks implementations and integrating AI-driven workflows with ServiceNow to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Moveworks solutions to meet complex business requirements
• Develop conversational plugins that streamline AI workflows and automated ticketing
• Advise internal and client stakeholders on deployment best practices and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Moveworks configuration and development
• Proven track record of building conversational plugins and AI-driven workflows
• Strong experience integrating Moveworks with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
• Level 1 Moveworks Certification is preferred
