Serving as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, the part-time Moving Operations Specialist will manage escalations, perform system audits for compliance, and provide allocation recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual environment.

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Domestic household goods background preferred
