Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services, the full-time Moving Operations Specialist will manage escalations, perform system audits for compliance, and provide allocation recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalations and ensure compliance within the agent network
• Oversee cost controls and approvals for exceptions and third-party costs
• Document interactions with agents and collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
• Domestic Household Goods background preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills
