MPI Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MPI Technical Lead to oversee the Master Patient Index system and lead a technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MPI team's workload, project intake, and progress reporting
• Maintain and support the IBM MDM infrastructure, ensuring system performance and data integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement system enhancements and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience with SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, and API troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of large-scale databases and complex data structures
• Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (preferred)
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and integration standards (preferred)
