MPO Department PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MPO Department PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry, inventory management, and communication with referral sources
• Scheduling appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and providing instruction on usage
• Preparing and submitting audit paperwork for insurance claims and ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment
• Senior level position requires 2 years of work-related experience and 1 year of exact job experience
