MP&P Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MP&P Engineer to assist with engineering design and evaluation of components in Berkeley, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes
• Draft engineering specifications and manage the deployment of tools and materials
• Conduct routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with basic electronic components
• Experience working as part of a team within a hierarchical organization
• Understanding of requirements documentation and qualifying parts
• Experience in a harsh or high reliability design environment
