Job Summary

A company is looking for an MRO Assistant to support their Medical Review Officer team in processing drug and alcohol screening results.

Key Responsibilities

• Process laboratory drug and alcohol screening results and maintain documentation accuracy
• Partner with the Medical Review Officer to prepare audits and verify prescriptions for non-negative results
• Communicate with collection sites and laboratories to obtain necessary documentation and respond to inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in drug screening, occupational health, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Experience working in case management systems or databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
